Help phone not charging?

So I've had my DINC charging for 4 hours or so and it hasn't even done anything except drain the power. 57% to 24%. This is the second battery that I've had do that, so I am just having bad luck with batteries or is my DINC defective?

With the second battery at this point I think the phone itself would be suspect, though I suppose your charger or usb cable could also be bad. I'd take my phone, cable and charger and see a Verizon rep.

Ballerholic, I'm having the same issue. I thought I'd received a defective battery from Seidio, but now I find the stock battery isn't charging properly either.

What happened?

i had same problem
the charging light was on (amber) but doesn't charge
the phone is probably bad (and yes i did all the tricks such as remove the battery and reinstall it, try another battery and charger, etc)

i took mine to verizon store and they ordered me a replacement which should be here tomorrow (saturday)

so i got my replacement and noticed the screen didn't look as clean and sharp
i thought it was just cuz i haven't seen it in awhile
but then i put it side by side with my old one and it definitely is not as clean and bright
also the blacks are definitely not as black as they were, they show up kind of grey....
i think i am going to call verizon tomorrow and see whats up

any other suggestions?
