Phone not "responding"... :\

apps won't download, messages won't send, widgets won't load.

i've turned off and on the phone four times and switched back to the normal launcher off of launcher pro....

:\ anyone know why it may be doing this?

(just a btw... branson got 3g today turned on for the first time ever... would that have any kind of effect?)

found out it was because it was in low battery on the apps not loading part....

but messages still won't send and phone is freezing really bad
