It seems there's a massive problem with my s4. The touch senses are not working at all, when i tried the air gesture, the arrow lights on my phone responded but the screen did not move. The power and volume button works but i can not get it to respond to any command by touch. I have removed the battery like a thousand time and today, i just did a hard reset via the volume button+ power button + home screen and it still isnt working. I bought this last month on sep 10, i don't have the receipt though, so i'm not sure if samsung will repair it because i cannot figure out what is wrong with it.
