Help Phone not vibrating

I had the same problem. I took it back to Boost. They said it would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. So they gave me a new one and sent the old one back to ZTE. BOOM!

I joined just to ask about this very issue. Boost said they won't just replace the phone (unless I had the insurance). They said I'd have to send it to ZTE to be serviced and in the meantime just simply not have a phone to use and HOPE that it came back (?!)

ZTE wants me to do a hard reset and download the update. The phone is updated, and evidently hard resets don't fix this issue.

I'm guessing this is just something to live with. Its no big deal the phone won't vibrate, but after 2-1/2 hours on the phone and 6 phone calls back and forth from ZTE to Boost (none of whom speak English very well) you'd think someone somewhere would be aware of this problem and post directions to fix it easily.

Guys please try this, it worked for me:

Go to Settings>Sounds>Vibrator Intensity>RESET>OK

It will reset the vibrator settings to factory default. Let me know if that works.

Last night my phones vibrate just stopped working. I noticed the soft keys weren't vibrating, went to my settings and checked that haptic feedback was on, and it was. Tried texting and calling myself but still no luck. I factory reset the phone hoping it was an app I had just installed or something, but it wasn't. Still no luck with getting this phone to vibrate anymore. I've had it 3 days so far. Should I contact boost and try to get a replacement or has anyone experienced this?

If your power saving mode is on turn it off and see if it works ... I was having this problem too but when I did this it worked for me

I had the same problem with a 4 month old phone. Take your device and throw it on a bed or blanket. It should fix the problem as it did for me after the 3rd throw
