phone not working properly

i am having issues with my phone i cant keep a signal or service i have to turn my phone on and off all day and everyday just to keep service i would like a replacement phone i have insurance

Well I find your wording funny,but since you stated you want a replacement phone I would contact ZTE and or Boost Mobil we can not do a replacement for you.Also have you tried to update your PRL and profile.

as jusstom said contact ZTE or Boost about it try updating your prl and profile first and foremost if that doesnt solve the problem then request a replacement device
