Help Phone not working properly.

My phone has consistently been acting up out of nowhere recently. I've had it 4-5 months and I'm with Boost. The web browser keeps crasging frequently and my keyboard will constantly refuse to work on it. It either won't pop up for a minute or two or pop up and close immediately when it's malfunctioning. Also, my saved browser pages have just started closing themselves out when they haven't crashed and I haven't cleaned my phone. I use Clean Master to clean cache/memory and it helps sometimes but it's been getting worse in that respect too. I'm not sure if over heating is an issue, as it's very hot here. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
