Help Phone now crashes a lot!

So I had issues with crashing which I thought was linked to Samsung push being installed but I finally got that removed(uninstalled updates and disabled it) but I'm having crashes more now then before cant have no clue what to do. I don't know what's causing the crashes.. I've limited background apps to 2, turned off animations and still crashing... I downloaded a logcat however I think that's useless not sure....

Crashes happen less often in safe mode but they happen .... I've done everything can think of to fix this. So far I've gotten no where at all ... I can't pen point what is causing it ... Receiving and MMS and using OK Google now seem to trigger it some times but not always ... Like I can open Google and say something to search and its fine, but sometimes after it listens and the phone crashes ... MMS 's once received sometimes trigger the crashes... But I'm not sure if this is 100% I can't make it happen every time and it still happens even when Not using these... And I've reverted from hangouts to messages as my default... So I'm just so lost at what's causing it ....I've tried everything I can think of .... Which is why I'm asking on here I have no clue and htcs answer to to send the phone to them again! For the 3 time in 2 months .... I'm getting annoyed at this
 
I think sense home is the issue ... There's an update for it and it keeps failing to install the update.... It won't let me uninstall updates... I'm not even using sense home, I'm using Google now launcher
