Help Phone number gone after restore

So, I had to restore my Ally cause it was acting gay again. I tried to text someone and it never sent...so I tried calling someone and the automated Verizon voice came up saying "Please wait while we connect you to an operator so you can call using a credit card" and I'm like "oh sh*t" so I hung up. went to the settings and apparently my phone number is 000-000-**** and it also says under "Mobile network state" Not Connected... HELP?! I'm gonna go to the Verizon store but I cant do anything with my phone!
