Holy crap, My Incredible is on a repeating loop. It does not stop restarting at all.
Taken out the battery, switched to different batteries, took out the SD card and nothing.
Phone's not rooted, I can't this phone past boot. Any programs out there that could help?
you need to put the PB31IMG.zip on the root of your sd card (not in any folders). Then you need to boot into hboot (take out the battery to shut your phone off, put the battery back in and hold Volume down, then press power). Your phone will locate the file on your sd card automatically and just follow the on screen prompts. Be patient it can take a while to load.
