My Incredible had a system update two days ago. Now, when the phone is on and I hold down the power button, instead of the "Phone Options" menu (which includes silent mode and vibrate), I get "Power Options" menu, which has 3 choices - Shut down, airplane, and restart. How do I get Phone Options back?

My Incredible had a system update two days ago. does a battery pull do anything?
if not, i doubt that you need to wepe it

This isn't a bug, it's a feature. You can get vibrate and silent by holding down the volume down button (and pressing up once for silent). You can stick a widget on the home screen to toggle airplane mode on and off (you can also put widgets for silent/vibrate).

I am also curious about the missing Power section in the settings menu of the phone. I need to disable fastboot and i can not find another path according to tutorials online.
Is the fastboot enabler/disabler anywhere else now ?

I believe that is under the applications section in the settings menu.
