Help Phone Random Shutoff

Anyone seeing this? Happened to me sometime last night. Got up after missing my alarm, which was on the phone, and the phone was completely off. Turned it back on, it rebooted fine. Checked battery it was at 70%. The phone was sitting on my nightstand and no one touched it overnight.

Same thing happened to me this morning ! I thought it was some kind of power save mode for night time. It rebooted fine though.... Let's see what happens tonight .

I'm having this exact same issue. Has anyone heard anything from Moto?

rebooted 2 times while doing nothing, and today showed message "Modem did not power up (0) Starting RSD protocol support" And doest go anywhere. Took 3 reboots to boot it in to android.
Does everybody has those reboots? Should i just get another phone? (HTC Inspire)?
Those reboots are unacceptable, and HTC Inspire starts to look better especially since the already have CM7 mod running in beta.
