Help Phone randomly reboots when using camera/

Hello. I have noticed that with the gingerbread 2.3.3 update sometimes when im taking photos my phone will crash, it does this randomly but most times i use the camera,

also i have noticed that when im typing a phone number the phone vibrates.
Any idea how to turn off the vibrate?

I already followed this and it did not work for me.
Settings>Language and Keyboard> touch input>text input> then uncheck vibrate when typing.
