Help Phone rebooting itself

I have a stock non rooted 2.1 epic. Today the phone rebooted itself three times out of nowhere and its driving me nuts! What do I do?

have you installed any new apps recently?

The only thing I can think of is that I started using juice defender, and I updated Aldiko, which I notice since the update it keeps on running in the background for some odd reason.

Today the phone kept on rebooting every few minutes! So as much as I love aldiko, I uninstalled it cause I have a feeling that my problem started since I updated aldiko. So far so good. It's not rebooting yet.
I would love to know if there is an app that would "diagnose" which app is making trouble. Is there such a thing?

You could try watchdog lite, it will tell you if an app is using to much resources and alarms you.
