Root Phone rebooting over and over again

I was having force close issues so I wiped davik cache and battery stats. now my phone is rebooting over and over again. I am running the newest version of Miui.

boot into recovery, and wipe data, and cache, and you will be fine, probably restored system files in titanium and thats what causes it

It reboots so quick I cant do that, I have tried several times.

Edit:
OK managed to get into stock recovery after about 50 times, wiping now to see what happens.

Wiped the data and cache bu still doing it, not sure what to do at this point.
