phone recommendation

Hello....

A friend and I are switching jobs and it so happens that we need to get phone WITHOUT a camera.....apparently some security-related issue.

Can you folks recommend a phone with this constraint? Our budget is around US$ 500-600 each. We do have the option to go with a BB. I don't know about my friend, but I'd prefer an android device.

Thanks in advance.

I hear you, but apparently there are some places of work that are security-conscious, which leads them to make up such rules. Though I don't like it, I can't honestly say that I can't see the logic in it. What to do?

Isn't it possible to remove the camera?

Hmmm...never really thought about that, but I doubt it would pass through the outfit's security protocols....apparently, they are quite strict about it.

If I really can't find an Android phone, I might buy a cheap Nokia. I wonder do all tabs also come with a camera? For enterprise work I would have thought the OEMs would have some solutions.

may be you can get the phone you want, and put it in a case that hides the camera, so nobody knows that it has a camera ;)

you work at an intelligence agency or what? :P

Majority of tablets do come with cameras but there are a couple that don't. The Nook Tablet and Kindle Fire are the two that come to mind. And, for a big one, there's always the iPad 1. ;)
