Help phone replacement HELP !!!!!

My gf and I got the htc evo v back in June and it wasnt to long after that started having issues with her phone mainly not connecting to the network (she couldnt make/ recieve calls and texts) she would have to remove her battery and restart her phone some times as much as 5 times a day so I called vm and they said unless they can see an issue with her phone they wont issue a replacement. Well its seemed to get better after I installed harmonia rom it but this past weekend the issued came back she had to remover her battery and restart 5 times on saturday do I keep bugging vm or call htc ??? If it helps she has the vm phone insurance and the deducible is $100 so any help would be great guys thank you.

I would continue to 'harass' Virgin Mobile about the issue, phone insurance aside, the phone is covered under a one year manufacturer's warranty from any defects. Tell them you paid for something you are not able to (basically) use. I'm not too sure how much HTC would help in the issue but anything is worth a shot.

I am just giving my opinion, as I had to be sent a replacement phone because of issues I was having. Try their online chat/email service instead of calling them, and explain the situation fully. They seemed to be more of a help to me then any of their representatives.

Hope this helps!

On another note, the phone insurance is useless. By the time your manufacturers warranty runs out, the phone will have dropped to about $150 used on ebay. And by that time, what's it matter? One time the battery failed in my Samsung Intercept and they wanted a $100 deductible for a new battery and charger cable. Both of which I got off eBay for ~$9. FFS, that's a total rip-off

well that was easier this time they are gonna send her a replacement phone i was pretty shocked i thought i was gonna have to talk to a few people before it got resolved
