Phone replacement

Anyone know if these phones have the same replacement policy as the triumph?

They are both from Virgin Mobile so I assume they all should fall under the same policy.

yes they do the same replacement I have had two replacement so far for faulty hardware this last one is perfect

first one just shut down and never powered back up , second one would not connect to the services no messaging no phone nothing was on the phone for 4 hours trying to fix it they shipped another one out and running perfect.
