Help Phone restarts when dialer opens,

I have my gamaxy s2 on checkrom v4 and siyah kernel with an LP6 modem.

ive been running this combo for about 2 months. just yesterday i wiped my phone and re-installed my rom, kernel and modem. exept this time i used kitchen to put on the ICS theme.

now when i click dialer, phone, or a number in maps or text, when it SHOULD go to the dialer it goes black screen, then back to homescreen, then re-boots, every time.
also when i get a phone call, it connects, i hear it for about 5 seconds, then the phone re-boots,

any ideas? and settings or caches i can clear to fix this?

run the theme restore package
then open dialer to make sure its back to stock. then if you dare, reinstall the ics theme

hey man did u manage to get that problem sorted...I have a SGS2 running ICS slim ROM and face the same problem...have tried reinstalling the ROM and clearing all other stuff but no joy...
