Help phone restarts

hello,
my phone restarts occasionally. i got it a month ago....rooted it. love it :)
installed usual apps. first i thought it restarts when i slide out the keyboard and thought it was 2/2 to loose battery connection ..... but it does even without sliding out keyboard. around once a week (may be more and i may not have noticed...u cant tell :)
anyone else having similar issue?

Did you do anything to it like uninstall apps that came with the phone. That might be your problem
 
hmmmm....thats what i thought....but dont know which app is conflicting.....
and yes i have installed apps other than from the market ;)
is there a way to find out which app caused the crash? like in windows there is a report which usually names the app.
in android the folder "tombstones" keeps those logs but when i opened them as text....was not able to figure out what all those numbers mean :(
is there an app to tell which app crashed the system??? :D
 
thank you Alpha.....i saw that page before.....didnt make much sense to me :p

my error report looks similar (almost). app name is never mentioned......may be in some code ......so i was not able to figure out which app caused the restart. the problem is better now...have not noticed restart....did uninstall a few apps though which i was not using much...

i wish they would make an app to read that codes for us :D
