I have already done a factory reset once before because the phones ringer stopped working. The "FVE" said it was something I downloaded from the market and basically made me reset. It really is not a big deal to do a reset since all the contacts can get synced to your google account. I just don't want to have to keep doing this fix. Is anyone else having this problem.

Only some of my contacts won't ring. And they vibrate, but I didn't turn vibrate on.
