Help Phone rings but can't answer

from time to time, when my phone rings the option to answer it is not appearing. even when I unlock the phone there is no option.

i don't have any live wallpaper. I wonder if Launcher Pro is causing the problem

I have LauncherPro, but never had this problem. DX, but unrooted OTA FroYo.

had this happen to me several times, on 2.1, 2.2, and rooted 2.2, and all on stock MotoBlur

if you hit the Back button, the phone screen will show up - for some odd reason, it doesn't "plow" through the current screen as a priority - go figure
