Help Phone screen on unlock

Hi, Wondering if anyone has experienced this and possibly has a remedy. I have an incredible 2.2 and recently when I slide to unlock the screen instead of displaying the home screen it will display the phone screen. Even if I shut the display off with something other than the home screen up it will still go directly to the phone screen. This could cause me to unintentionally dial someone. At first I thought it was the No Lock App I downloaded but I have since removed that and still have the problem.
I afraid I may be looking at a hard reset to fix this problem. Can anyone tell me if the phone number settings will still be good or does that have to be reprogrammed as well? Thanks

that's weird, you haven't installed any other apps that may effect your lock screen?

if you do a factory reset, just make sure you have your contacts backed up to google, vz backup, or export them to your sd card.
