Help Phone shuts down

After installing CyanogenMod9 on my SGS2 it shuts down every now and then.When I touch it I can feel that it's worm around the camera(probably because of the processor).Why is it doing that and how can I stop it from shutting down because sometimes I really need to use my phone fast and I can't wait until it starts
