Help phone shuts off

so my phone just randomly dies acting like the battery is dead. only way i can get it to power back up is to plug it in for 5 seconds and its back to normal. it doesnt matter if im using the phone or if its just sitting idle....verizon is sending me my 3rd droid x for this issue has anyone had this happen?
 
Haven't had this problem. But when they send you new phones, are you using the same battery? That could your issue.
 
I just got a reman device about 10 days ago. Then about 3 days my phone started rebooting spontaneously. It was rebooting every 15 minutes last night. It rebooted 3-5 times today. VZW is sending me another reman device.
