Help Phone shutting down by itself, and other problems...

I have a thunderbolt phone, and I have been having this problem. I've been putting up with it, however it is getting to the point that it is driving me nuts now.

I would pick up my phone and find it would be off when I know the last time I looked at my phone it was on. I would have to turn my phone on. It has happened since I got my phone but didn't think anything of it.

My other problem I am noticing as well is the fact that I am unable to use my speaker phone because the person I am talking to can hear themselves talking to me. Which drives me nuts because I can never use my speaker phone and I feel I should be able to use my speaker phone. Any ideas what could be wrong with my speaker phone?

Also, I have never had so many phone call drops with my other cell phones. This one seems to drop calls when I'm talking to someone at least every couple of times. I'd hear a beep and then look at my phone to see that my call was dropped with no reason at all.

So any ideas with the problems I am having, I would highly appreciate it.

Also, just want to add that no my phone is not rooted.

Thanks! :)

the speaker phone doesn't work well because the phone's microphone is directly in front of the phone's speaker. it's a bad design, really.

Ah, that's always nice. Because when I had my incredible, lol 95% of the time I used my speaker phone when talking on the phone. So that's just great... lol

Stupid design.
