Help Phone speaker

Maybe it's just me but the speaker on my phone seems REALLY quiet. When someone calls me I feel like I can barely hear them, does anyone else have this problem?

During a phone call is the time to use the volume keys to adjust the levels.

Using those keys not during a call adjusts the ringer volume levels.

Yeah I know, I did that and its the max volume, it just doesn't sound very loud. Also, sorry about posting in the wrong section, dumb Kim. I am on about ten million forums, you'd think I would know where to post a thread in a forum by now, haha.

i have the same problem hearing people on speakerphone so i have given up on using it.
