Help Phone speaks incoming number

My phone recently reset itself and now every time I get a call it says the incoming number out loud. I cannot figure out how to stop this. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind figured it out. Had to remove app called voice for calls. I don't remember ever installing it though.
