My internal phone storage is full. Therefore i can not send any text msgs. My sd card has lots of space. Ive moved everything i can to the sd card. That worked for a while. So now what can i do to increase the phone storage? Ive tried deleting programs i dont use but it will not let me. Please help

What kinda phone do you have? If it's an android I would try clearing the cache/data from some of your applications. Another way to increase internal memory is to delete all unwanted pictures, call data, and text messages that are saved to the internal memory. Also do you have an SD card? If so make sure your pics are saved to the SD card and not the internal memory cuz that will cause it to fill up insanely fast.

edit: Just remembered too, you can backup your texts to the sd card before you delete them as well, you don't have to just throw them away. From the stock app too, I think.
