I have moved all of my apps to the phone storage because the internal storage is too small. However, whenever I turn my phone off and then back on, all of my apps are deleted.
After reading through the thread, I decided to look at how my microSD card was formatted (I allowed Verizon to reformat one I already had). Apparently when they formatted the SD card, and put it in the phone, the folder structure was identical to the phone storage folder structure. The phone wasn't even showing that there was a SD card inserted.
I reformatted the SD card and everything came back. I think the phone was looking at the SD card as if it was the phone storage.
