Phone Storage no longer mounts on PC

About a week ago, I plugged my phone into my pc, and instead of both the phone storage and SD card showing up as removable drives, only the sd card showed up. My actual phone can still access and read from the phone storage, but for whatever reason, my pc cannot anymore. I have tried rebooting, shutting off, and even removing the battery from the phone, but the problem remains.

I've been trying to solve this issue for a week, and can't find anything about it online, or even on these forums. Any advice?

Mine does the same thing. I'm connecting to a Mac and it stopped showing the phone storage a few days ago. ONLY the SD card shows now.

Try settings>connect to pc>ask me (should be checked). I had the same prob before, and if you make it ask you what connection type to use, the comp should recognize both.
