Help phone storage space is getting low

I keep recieve this message, not sure wot to do or how to fix it. Iv got an 8gb ad card with over 6gb of space. I went to Applications - Manage Applications and tried moving apps to ad card but most dont give this hi-lighted option.

How many apps do you have installed? What's your internal memory currently sitting at?

How do i check the internal memory? Not got tht many apps, no more than my other phone, is there a setting tht moves everything to my sd card or automatically saves to my sd card?

I put a post up here a while ago cause I barely had any apps on my phone and just over a Gb of music but my SD card was full. There were maps on my SD card that were used from some GPS program that I didn't use. So I deleted them. Google has free GPS if you need. Hope this helps.

It's for the Wildfire S, but it will work with the DHD too.
