Help Phone Stuck in Endless Reboot Cycle

I was having some small problems with lots of apps crashing earlier today and I held down the power button to reboot the phone. It has been doing this for hours now, it gets to the Droid Eye loading screen and then after a few minutes, heads back to the HTC splash screen. The only way to stop the cycle is to remove the battery and then it continues the same cycle if you try to reboot it again.

This may be coming from when I tried to root the phone and put some files on the root of the device, though I did delete them. So can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with the phone?

Can try restarting in safe mode:
Safe Mode - DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC

Or completely wiping the phone:
