Root Phone Stuck in Recovery[Solved]

When I woke up today and went to check the time I noticed my F3 was in recovery mode. Went to reboot to system and it only boots back to recovery. Rooted, using ZV7, and removed the FOTA app so I wouldnt accidentally update

try turning off device charger cord unplugged then remove bat then push power button then replace bat try to boot again

Thank you thats what I ended up having to do and just restored my data.
