Help Phone stuck on android.process.acore error screen after restore

Got a new Droid today (refurb). Activated then went through restoring my apps & data using Mybackup Pro. After I do that (apparently successfully) and reboot, I'm stuck on an endless loop with error "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." I keep doing "force close" and it keeps coming back. Cannot do ANYTHING with my phone except turn it off.

I think I solved my own problem, but am posting in case anyone else tries to restore under similar circs. In the middle of my last restore, I go the notification to update to 2.2. I did it. It then occurred to me that the error may have been because I had forced 2.2 on my old phone, but then was restoring all of my data, including system data, onto my new phone when it was still on 2.1 -- I think maybe the 2.2 system data was causing a conflict on my 2.1 phone.

I am all restored now and it is working
