Help Phone Stuck On Huawei

I was in the process of installing Icarus 1.1 and just got done rebooting.
Waited more than 15 minutes and its still on the huawei screen. I pulled the battery just now and its still stuck. Did I brick it?

Did you partition the card?
If not boot to cwm and try install again.
