Help Phone stuck on touch android screen, nothing fixes it.

I rooted my phone and deleted a core file on accident needed to go into the google play store, I think because afterwards when I clicked on the store it would say "You need an account to log in" and when I clicked okay it kicked me out, so I restarted my phone, factory reset it and now whenever I reboot it is stuck on the touch android to continue screen.

I tried the four corners trick
Reset cache, factory data

As far as I know, the only way to fix this is trough Samsung KIES on a PC. You need to do a full restore/recovery. Not shure if this works for rooted phones too. I never did it myself.

just flashed the stock rom via odin..

u can find tutorials on flashing via odin in xda developers page galaxy y thread.

and also u can download the odin flashable stock rom there.
