Root Phone thinks headphones plugged in

[Pondering]

Subject line says it all. Running Mirage 2.6.32.9-012713. Tried restoring earlier backup, worked fine for a few days and then headphone icon appeared again. Had not used headphones for past several days. Phone will now only vibrate when call comes in. Tried rebooting, pulled battery, checked settings....can't figure out how to get speaker back without another restore.

Suggestions?

Try fresh install of newest MiRaGe (Wipe everything before install).

If problem still persists it might be a hardware problem. Flash a Froyo ROM like the Resurrected Bumblebee or Harmonia to verify.
