Help Phone Turning Off Take Picture

When I take a picture on my motorola triumph, the phone turns off. I am running ics triumph RC1 which is a type of CM7. Any ideas on what it could be? Really sucks...

A hardware bug maybe. The only real way to tell is to flash to a stock based rom or any other rom and test.

Well, if you are running into issues with a ROM, flashing it over again or using a different ROM may be your only option. It may be an issue in the ROM itself, or it could be something specific (hardware/software) to your device.

I haven't seen one specifically for the Triumph, but you could do a Google search and see what you find. Many of the stuff would be the same from one device to another, but that isn't always true.

thats exactally what i did i saw some for other devices but no the triumph...ill see what if its the same

okay so just did some troubleshooting with the phone problem. when plugged in the phone is fine. when not plugged in and flash is off phone is fine. but when not plugged in and flash is on, phone powers off....any ideas? still ROM problem?

You can always link something you think might work and ask for help that way. I have seen others do it and get some responses one way or another. Or you can try it yourself and see. I would make a nandroid backup first so that if you mess anything up you have something to get back to.
