Help Phone Turning on and off...won't stop

My phone about an hour and a half ago started shutting on and off by itself and has not stopped.

It starts up, shows the motorola screen, the AT&T start up screen, then freezes, turns off and the red light in the upper right hand corner starts blinking until it trys to start up again and does the whole thing over again and again and again.

Can someone please help?

I'm at work, so I haven't had a chance to try plugging it in to charge or to call Motorola.

While its turned on, before it turns back off, just take out the battery. Its called a soft reset. Might help you out.
