Help Phone Vibrates on silent

Hi All

Lately (and only in the past few weeks) I've noticed that my phone has started to vibrate when I received a facebook messenger notification. Only then; not text message or facebook notifications or anything else. This is somewhat aggravating as I am a light sleeper and have an insomniac friend

I would like to know if there is a way to change this in the system settings? Or app settings? If so I can't figure it out. Or is my phone just FUBAR?

Try an app called SEER (Silence Everything Except Ringer) at night

Will that then enable my ringer to be on? I don't want that on at night either.

'Silent sleep' is an app that silences everything (except the alarm if it's set)
