Root phone was stuck on logo now im in download mode ---need help

I tried flashing the phone to Blueberry Frozen Yogurt using this tutorial:

and when i did it i got this error:
(Status 7)
Installation aborted

It was stuck on the at&t logo and would not do anything else. Finnaly figured out how to get it into download mode which it is at now and now im stuck on what to do next. I tried using odin but its not working for me. Yes my phone is rooted as well.

Any help? Thanks !

What do you mean Odin isnt working? Are you using the One-Click version with JF6?

I've tried multiple versions..
Right now I'm attempting this:

I click start and this is all it says
"<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 0)"

EDIT: Figured it out !!! Thanks a million seriously ! I had to open odin before i connected the phone !

Your phone has to be in Download Mode + you have you have USB drivers installed on your computer so that it can detect the phone.
