Help Phone went silent help!

Okay so i woke up today and my phone all of the sudden doesnt ring or make any notification noises. What the hell happened to it?! sound is on :(.. I turned it off and turn it on but that didnt help. If i put on head phones on and when people call me i can hear my ringtone just fine, i can also listen to music as long as head phones are connected. Im with cricket and my phone is not rooted or anything. Any ideas as to whats wrong?

Yeah it seems so. Phone calls work fine though, but if i turn on the speaker the person who is calling me can hear me but i cant hear them. I hope they get me a new replacement, good thing i didnt root the phone.

even if you rooted, un root is one click away or you could flash to stock.
