Root Phone with no ROM

Hi,

a friend of mine has asked me to get his phone weorking. Problem is that (i dont know where he got it from) the phone (HTC Desire C) has no ROM at all. (never been actually isntalled by the manufacturer). Which meens that the only functionality of the phone is it displays batery state when i plug it into computer. I havent been able to get adb or fastboot acess so far.

My question is: is there any way to make it work only from PC? A fastboot acess to push recovery should be sufficient, from there i know what to do.

Hi jOhny666. I do not have an answer for you.. sorry. I think I'll move this into the root area being as it's had a few days in the general area. I hope someone has an answer for you. I do want to extend a welcome to you and wish you the best of luck.
