Help Phone won't charge

I've tried rebooting, two different chargers, two different working outlets, two batteries, and USB and the phone won't charge. My phone is rooted but when connected through USB to my computer it doesn't see the device so I can unroot it and relock the bootloader. Advice?
 
it doesnt recognize the device no matter what?

its possible the connectors inside the charge are broken or bent, and not getting a connection, and without them you might be stuck, unless someone knows how to hack it to make it work...
 
Alright I got it back to stock and unrooted and locked and now it is charging. Thoughts on why it wouldn't charge last night or this morning but now that it is back to stock it is charging?
 
I had this happen once (stock / not rooted or anything). Then it just started to work and has worked since. I always check now when I plug it in to assure it is charging before I walk away.
 
Mine is hit and miss for charging. Windows 7 says device is faulty (or something to that effect). Sometimes the battery in the notification bar shows lightning bolt with nothing connected.

Took it to corporate store last night. They're fedexing a replacement. My phone is completely stock and unrooted.

I think it is a hardware issue because I did quite a few battery pulls and 2 factory resets.

I'm starting to have that now. Yesterday it was mostly fine on charging. Had to reboot to get it to charge a few times. This morning it was fine but now it won't charge at all.

EDIT: PC wouldn't detect device at all and there was no notices in the Android task bar that it was connected via USB. Rebooted into bootloader, then back to the OS and now it is charging. I'm lost on what I should do with this device.
