Help Phone won't connect to PC through USB.

Alright, so when I connect my phone to my computer through the USB cable, I pull down the drop down menu and hit "Turn on USB Sotrage", but nothing happens on my PC. I can see the phone is connected, but when I try to open up the folder, it says "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk E:"

The only way I can get my PC to open the SD card through USB is to go into CWM and mount the usb, and then plug in the cable.

I would really like to fix this problem so I don't have to reboot my phone every time I want to transfer some files.

I'm running CM7 beta 5, but I had this problem when I was running beta 4 as well.

Need more info... What ROM, mods, tweaks are you using? Have you tried a fresh install? I has this problem on beta 2 (cm7) but not since...
