Root Phone Won't Flash Roms

I recently bricked my lg motion so I tried to unbrick it and it worked but i rooted it again and installed the cwm i can flash roms but after i do i reboot it and stays on the lg boot screen can some plz help me im trying to get cm10 back.
 
factory reset. hold power and volume down until factory reset screen pops up at boot and then hit power twice to confirm.
 
you can't boot into cm with stock /data so you have to factory reset either by power and volume down or in recovery. try spamming volume down at boot and see if 2nd init will work then factory reset.

i cant get into the 2nd init but ill try to factory rest
 
2nd init should work by hitting volume down repeatedly at boot even if it wont boot into cm. so you must have some other issue.
