Root Phone won't load past white HTC screen.

I am using a verizon Wireless Rhyme and after trying to root it from the Chinese website, it won't load past the white screen. I can access bootloader but none of the adb controls work and I've tried flashing a stock recovery. Nothing has worked and it will cost $100 to fix it since I unlocked the bootloader. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I have no idea what to do after looking up way all day.

Are you on the stock recovery? Where did you get it? If your on the stock recovery, lock the bootloader then run the RUU.
