Hi All,
Yesterday i got update message to update to jelly bean on the phone and it downloaded the file fine and then i clicked install. (battery was is in the 90% and was on charge at the time)
Anyway the phone then just switched off as it was installing!! I left it for 5/10 mins thinking it would at some point turn back or it was updating and everything would be fine....but nothing.
since yesterday afternoon the phone hasnt switched on.
The battery still charges at the moment but when i try to switch the phone on all i get the 'samsung galaxys 2' logo then the screen goes black/switches off.
i have managed to get to the download screen - VOL DOWN, POWER AND HOME. That just says samsung official o/s and shows i have not rooted which is correct, and just said in big letters in middle of screen with android green man downloading target please dont switch off but i have left this for hours and nothing happens
Then i have been in to recovery screen - VOL UP, POWER, HOME and did data/factory reset and cache clear and then selected reboot but the screen switches off straight away and the usual Samsung logo boot up screen only for the phone to switch off again.
Sorry for the long message but i thought the more info i gave the more help it would for some of you to try and identify the problem.
Would be very grateful for some help as i'm lost without my S2!!
