Help Phone won't turn on!

Just got the phone on friday, i had an update last night so i installed it. now phone will not turn on. did battery pull ect... please help

Happened to me too. Corp store just swapped it out. I have not updated it since.

Since your still under your 30 swap change it out. Update cause I dont think it'll happen to u twice

I was actually beyond my 30 day period. The store made an exception and swapped it out there with a brand new unit, as opposed to making me go through the warranty program. I had originally ordered the phone through att premier online....
