Help Phonebook deleted itself!?

[swillomnibus]

Hi all,

Got the new Desire S yesterday and manually typed in my contacts into the phonebook.

Well later on today i've realised they've all dissappeared! I've tried importing from sim car but nothing exists.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Don't know weather i've done anything wrong but i've got 5 contacts survive and seem to be under googlemail.com contacts ??

Regards,
Steve

PS This is my very 1st HTC so apologies if I've made a noob mistake!

Not sure if this will work, but long-press on an empty part of the screen, and select folders, then all people. Worked once when i lost contacts in a factory reset.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Did what you said and it seems to make a shortcut to my facebook contacts, so least I got them for now until I write all the ones I need on paper just incase!

Thank you so much!
